The search for raw materials is always constant, keeping our products at the forefront, such as ancient grains, meat exclusively from the family business, lamb, Hyblaean pigs, and our local calves still raised on pasture. The fish is also the protagonist, this too cooked respecting seasonality and traditional recipes. Sicilian and national wines and desserts complete the proposal of the Palazzolo restaurant.
