We serve traditional Sicilian dishes based on organic and zero-kilometre products, enriched by the unique scent of the highest quality saffron from Lo Zafferaneto. The restaurant will always be able to offer you the right atmosphere for unforgettable moments, dedicated to the unique flavours of the Sicilian tradition in a contemporary key. The menu is à la carte with a proposal that exceeds 27 dishes to choose from appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Our menu does not usually vary. The chef only makes some changes according to the seasons and on some special occasions. In our restaurant Lo Zafferaneto in Buccheri (SR), you can try a unique experience of innovative cuisine full of typical flavours of the Sicilian tradition. The use of high-quality products and the care in selecting the first fruits that only our land gives us every season. Fresh pasta and first-choice meats are the masters in my kitchen, but not only. Finally, the saffron we have been growing and producing for over 20 years is my secret ingredient in creating surprising and delicious dishes.
